Having served as senior class president (1959-60) and being select to the 1960 All State baseball team, I have very fond memories of my old high school, Phoenix Union High School.

The old Phoenix Union High School buildings are now closed and are on the brink of being torn down. Imagine a registered historical site in the City of Phoenix, Arizona being torn down to suit the City of Phoenix and others, to bring more congestion and frustration to this valley. This frustration is an ever increasing burden on society and to the ultimate health of the citizens that live here, it's called pollution. Mrs. Farr was wrong, it did get bigger.
